基于PDCA循環(huán)的檔案數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量控制探究

摘 要：文章基于PdCA循環(huán)將檔案數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理流程劃分為計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行、評(píng)估和改進(jìn)四階段，厘清各階段的主要任務(wù)和內(nèi)容，并在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出檔案數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量控制的實(shí)現(xiàn)策略，以期為有效控制和提升檔案數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量，建設(shè)高質(zhì)量檔案數(shù)據(jù)資源體系提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐參考。

Abstract： Based on the PDCA cycle model， the process of archival data quality management is divided into planning， execution， evaluation and improvement stages， and the main tasks and contents of each stage are clarified. The paper puts forward the implementation strategy of archival data quality control， in order to provide reference for effectively controlling and improving the quality of archival data and building a high-quality archival data resource system.
