參與式檔案管理研究：脈絡(luò)與動向

摘 要：通過梳理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻，厘清參與式檔案管理的研究脈絡(luò)，從參與式檔案管理評估和參與式檔案管理主體兩個層面總結(jié)參與式檔案管理的前沿動向，提出未來該領(lǐng)域值得關(guān)注和研究的重點問題：激發(fā)多元主體的參與動力、探索參與式檔案管理的多元路徑、重視參與式檔案管理的效果評估、重新審視檔案工作者的職業(yè)定位。

Research on Participatory Archiving： Research Foci and Future Trends

Abstract： This paper clarifies the research development venation of participatory archiving by analyzing the domestic and foreign literature， summarizes the latest research trends of participatory archiving from two levels： the effect evaluation of participatory archiving， the subject of participatory archiving， and puts forward some key issues in this field， including arousing the enthusiasm of multi-subjects， exploring the multi-path of participatory archiving， paying attention to the evaluation of participatory archiving and reexamining the career orientation of archivists.
