摘 要：檔案服務外包項目監(jiān)理模型是《檔案服務外包項目監(jiān)理工作規(guī)范》的核心。基于對《建設工程監(jiān)理規(guī)范》和《信息化工程監(jiān)理規(guī)范》以及《檔案服務外包工作規(guī)范》的分析，建構(gòu)了一個檔案服務外包項目監(jiān)理模型，并具體指明了模型中各要素的關(guān)系和意義。

Abstract：The archival service outsourcing project supervision model is the core of this Standards. Based on the analysis of The Code of Construction Project Management， Information System Project Surveillance Specification and Specifications on the Work of Archives Service Outsourcing， this paper constructs an archival service outsourcing project supervision model， and specifically points out the relationship and significance of each element in the model.
