機器人輔助腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療腎結(jié)石及危險因素的研究進展

摘 要 隨著機器人手術(shù)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展，機器人輔助腹腔鏡手術(shù)在腎結(jié)石患者中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用，并取得了滿意的治療效果。尤其是治療難度較大的復(fù)雜性腎結(jié)石，機器人輔助腹腔鏡手術(shù)療效確切，有效減少了并發(fā)癥，降低了手術(shù)出血風(fēng)險?，F(xiàn)將腎結(jié)石危險因素及機器人輔助腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療腎結(jié)石的研究進展報道如下。

Research progress on risk factors and robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery for kidney stones

Abstract With the development of robotic surgical system， robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in patients with kidney stones， and has achieved satisfactory results. Especially in the treatment of complex kidney stones， robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery could effectively reduce complications and the risk of surgical bleeding. The risk factors of kidney stones and the research progress of robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery are reported as follows.
