Abstract  Objective：To construct sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment.Methods：Based on literature search and semi?structured interviews，the preliminary draft of sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment was developed.The Delphi method was used to further improve the sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment，and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of the indicators.Results：Two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted，with effective response rates of 91.30% and 100.00%，expert authority coefficients of 0.853 and 0.850，respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficient of the second round of expert inquiry ranged from 0.224 to 0.306 （all P<0.05），and the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.000 to 0.241. Finally，the sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment was constructed，which included 3 first?level indicators，10 second-level indicators，and 39 third?level indicators.Conclusions：The sensitive quality index system for nursing care of patients with liver failure during the interval of artificial liver treatment constructed in this study is scientific，objective，and applicable，which can provide reference for improving the nursing quality of patients with liver failure.
