摘要  從宏觀時間軸和微觀時間節(jié)點兩個方面對結(jié)直腸癌病人癌因性疲乏縱向變化規(guī)律進行總結(jié)，并從人口學、社會心理學、疾病因素、生物標志物、遺傳因素、腸道菌群等方面對癌因性疲乏的預測因子進行綜述，旨在為廣大醫(yī)務工作者識別存在高疲乏軌跡和長期疲乏風險的高危人群，并為其制定更精準的疲乏防治策略提供參考。（剩余17209字）
