惡性梗阻性黃疸1例行密閉式膽汁回輸?shù)淖o(hù)理

【摘要】  總結(jié)1例惡性梗阻性黃疸患者行膽汁回輸?shù)淖o(hù)理。護(hù)理要點(diǎn)包括膽汁回輸流程、膽汁回輸注意事項(xiàng)、并發(fā)癥的護(hù)理、心理護(hù)理等?；颊哌M(jìn)行了為期1周的膽汁回輸以進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持，各項(xiàng)生化指標(biāo)明顯好轉(zhuǎn)，皮膚黃染減輕、大便顏色轉(zhuǎn)黃。

【Abstract】  To summarize the nursing of bile reinfusion in a patient with malignant obstructive jaundice. Key points of care include： bile reinfusion process， precautions for bile reinfusion， nursing of complications and psychological nursing. After a week of bile reinfusion for nutritional support， the biochemical indexes were significantly improved， the skin yellowing was reduced， and the stool color turned yellow.
