摘 要 碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料(CFRP)有輕質(zhì)、高比強(qiáng)度、高比模量等優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能,在汽車輕量化領(lǐng)域擁有巨大的應(yīng)用潛力。本文從復(fù)合材料輪轂、板簧、傳動軸等汽車結(jié)構(gòu)件的研究進(jìn)展、工藝制備等方面,闡述了CFRP在汽車輕量化領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用,展望了CFRP在汽車工業(yè)中的應(yīng)用前景和發(fā)展瓶頸。

Application Research Progress of CFRP in Automobile Structure Parts

ABSTRACT Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)has great application potential in the field of automobile lightweight due to its excellent mechanical properties such as density,specific strength and specific modulus. The application of CFRP in the field of automobile lightweight was described from the aspects of automobile structure parts such as spring, wheel hub, transmission shafts etc,and process manufacturing etc. The application prospect of CFRP and development bottleneck in automobile industry was forecasted.
