摘要：2023年12月1日起施行的《科學(xué)技術(shù)研究項(xiàng)目檔案管理規(guī)范》（DA/T 2-2023）為新時(shí)期科研檔案規(guī)范化管理提供了實(shí)踐指引?；趯?duì)該規(guī)范修訂背景與主要內(nèi)容的分析與介紹，本文又闡述了其特點(diǎn)與意義，并結(jié)合條款內(nèi)容和科研檔案工作實(shí)踐提出了改進(jìn)建議。

Abstract： The Specification for Archives Man？ agement of Scientific and Technological Re？ search Projects（DA/T 2- 2023） which came into effect on December 1， 2023 provides practical guidance for the standardized management of scientific and technological research archives in the new era. Based on the analysis and introduc？ tion of the background and main content of the revision of the specification， this article elabo？ rates on the characteristics and significance of the specification， and proposes suggestions for its improvement based on the content of the clauses and the practice of scientific and techno？ logical research archives.

2023年5月29日，國(guó)家檔案局發(fā)布了修訂后的《科學(xué)技術(shù)研究項(xiàng)目檔案管理規(guī)范》（DA/T 2-2023）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《規(guī)范》），代替了《科學(xué)技術(shù)研究課題檔案管理規(guī)范》（DA/T 2-1992）（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)原《規(guī)范》），并于2023年12月1日開(kāi)始實(shí)施。（剩余8199字）
