摘 要：簡(jiǎn)要介紹了裝備型海洋牧場(chǎng)發(fā)展情況，重點(diǎn)分析了海洋牧場(chǎng)水產(chǎn)品特性，尤其是加工特性，并基于此分析了其加工情況以期促進(jìn)裝備型海洋牧場(chǎng)健康發(fā)展。

Current Situation of Aquatic Products Processing in Equipment Marine Ranching

Abstract：Development of marine ranching with large-scale equipment was briefly introduced，and characteristics of aquatic products from marine ranching，especially processing characteristics，were analyzed.Based on these，suggestions on preservation and cold chain storage and transportation of aquatic products from marine ranching were put forward in order to promote its healthy development.
