肝豆?fàn)詈俗冃杂址Q(chēng)Wilson?。╓ilson’s disease, WD),是由一種銅代謝障礙所致的常染色體隱性遺傳病,其發(fā)病機(jī)制主要是位于第13號(hào)染色體長(zhǎng)臂(13q14.3~q21.1)上的ATP7B基因突變,導(dǎo)致ATP7B蛋白功能障礙引起銅排泄障礙,進(jìn)而造成銅大量沉積于組織器官,尤以肝臟、大腦多見(jiàn)[1]。(剩余8368字)
