中國鄉(xiāng)村綠色基礎設施建設研究

摘  要：該文探討鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境質(zhì)量堪憂的問題，并指出綠色基礎設施的重要性和實施要點。通過現(xiàn)有文獻和案例分析，提出鄉(xiāng)村綠色基礎的關鍵特征、規(guī)劃設計的要素、資金投入與管理技術應用和公眾參與等方面的建議，旨在促進鄉(xiāng)村綠色基礎設施建設的全面發(fā)展。

Abstract： This paper discusses the worrying problems of the quality of rural human settlements， and points out the importance and implementation points of green infrastructure. Through the existing literature and case analysis， this paper puts forward some suggestions on the key characteristics of rural green foundation， the elements of planning and design， the application of capital investment and management technology， and public participation， in order to promote the all-round development of rural green infrastructure construction.
