數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)視域下新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)路徑研究

摘  要：數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)深刻影響農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展模式、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和運行場景，需要推進(jìn)對新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn)路徑研究。目前，我國對新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn)需要進(jìn)一步完善。研究以數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)視域為背景，闡述自發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)化型新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀，探究農(nóng)民過渡到新型職業(yè)農(nóng)民過程中存在的問題，為其發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)政策建議。

Abstract： Digital economy has a profound impact on the development model， industrial structure and operation scene of agricultural industry， so it is necessary to promote the research on the training path of new professional farmers. At present， the training of new professional farmers in our country needs to be further improved. From the perspective of digital economy， this paper expounds the current situation of the training of new-type professional farmers with spontaneous transformation， explores the problems existing in the process of farmers' transition to new-type professional farmers， and provides corresponding policy suggestions for their development.
