景電灌區(qū)中農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水灌溉的問題與對策分析

摘  要：文章對景電灌區(qū)近年來的用水情況進(jìn)行全面的介紹，并針對性地通過工程管理和用水管理等提高景電灌區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉效率，并找到景電灌區(qū)節(jié)水灌溉中尚存在的諸多問題。文章在分析以上問題之后，針對性地提出農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水灌溉的相關(guān)對策，保證灌區(qū)真正實現(xiàn)節(jié)水灌溉。

Abstract： The article gives a comprehensive introduction to the situation of water use in Jingdian Irrigation District in recent years， and aims to improve the agricultural irrigation efficiency of Jingdian Irrigation District through project management and water management， and finds many problems in water-saving irrigation in Jingdian Irrigation District.  Through analyzing the above problems， this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures of agricultural water-saving irrigation， ensure that the tank farm truly realizes water-saving irrigation.

1 景電灌區(qū)的基本情況介紹

景電灌區(qū)為甘肅省景泰川電力提水灌區(qū)，灌區(qū)主要包含三個時期的工程，其中三期工程又同時進(jìn)行民勤調(diào)水，景電灌區(qū)設(shè)計的水量約為30 m3/s，設(shè)計澆灌面積約6.5萬hm2，具體位于騰格里沙漠以南、黃河以西區(qū)域，地跨內(nèi)蒙古和甘肅2個省份，并包括景泰、古浪、民勤和阿拉善左旗等地區(qū)，極大地緩解了石羊河流域水資源緊缺的局面，有效阻止了騰格里沙漠和巴丹吉林沙漠的合攏，有力促進(jìn)了灌區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)增效、農(nóng)民增收和生態(tài)改善。（剩余4565字）
