牛樟芝人工培養(yǎng)專利技術(shù)綜述

摘  要:牛樟芝是中國(guó)臺(tái)灣特有的珍貴藥用菌,目前對(duì)牛樟芝的研究主要集中于人工擴(kuò)大培養(yǎng)、藥理功能和活性成分研究、基因組鑒定分析等方面;文章主要通過(guò)對(duì)牛樟芝人工培養(yǎng)專利技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)的檢索、統(tǒng)計(jì)和技術(shù)分析,從專利申請(qǐng)情況、人工培養(yǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展兩方面對(duì)牛樟芝人工栽培技術(shù)進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)。

Abstract: Taiwanofungus camphoratus (aka Ganoderma camphoratum, Antrodia camphorata, and Antrodia cinnamomea)is a unique precious medicinal fungus growing in Taiwan, China. At present, the research on Taiwanofungus camphoratus mainly focuses on expanded artificial cultivation, pharmacological function and active ingredients, and genome identification and analysis. In this paper, through the retrieval, statistics and technical analysis of the patent technology literatures of artificial cultivation of Taiwanofungus camphoratus, the artificial cultivation technology development and applying of Taiwanofungus camphoratu saretraced and summarized.

牛樟芝,又叫牛樟菇、樟菇或樟芝,為多年生蕈菌類,主要生長(zhǎng)在中國(guó)臺(tái)灣山區(qū)海拔450~2 000 m森林中腐朽的老樟樹上;研究表明牛樟芝含有多種活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、保護(hù)肝臟、降血壓等作用,但其野生資源產(chǎn)區(qū)單一,生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程緩慢,因此,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)牛樟芝的人工培養(yǎng),縮短培養(yǎng)周期,提高產(chǎn)量及其活性成分含量以滿足市場(chǎng)需求是目前亟待解決的問(wèn)題之一;本文旨在通過(guò)對(duì)牛樟芝人工培養(yǎng)技術(shù)的專利申請(qǐng)情況和培養(yǎng)方式進(jìn)行梳理,為牛樟芝人工培養(yǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和專利保護(hù)以及專利成果轉(zhuǎn)化提供一定的參考。(剩余4445字)
