農(nóng)機化教育培訓師資隊伍建設(shè)研究

摘  要：農(nóng)業(yè)機械化是推動農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的動力之源。農(nóng)村發(fā)展離不開農(nóng)機專業(yè)人才。為此，培養(yǎng)一支專業(yè)性強的農(nóng)機隊伍，需要一支專業(yè)素質(zhì)與教學能力過硬的教師隊伍，為農(nóng)機人才做好教育培訓工作至關(guān)重要?；诖?，文章分析了農(nóng)機化教育培訓師資隊伍的現(xiàn)狀，并有針對性地提出優(yōu)化對策，以期能夠提供一定的參考。

Abstract： The power source of agricultural mechanization to promote agricultural development. Rural development is inseparable from a number of agricultural machinery professionals. For this reason， to cultivate a group of professional agricultural machinery team， we need a group of teachers with excellent professional quality and teaching ability， and it is very important to do a good job of education and training for agricultural machinery talents. Based on this， this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural mechanization education as well as training teachers， and puts forward optimization countermeasures for reference.
