冷棚鮮食葡萄省力高效栽培技術(shù)

摘  要：通過冷棚建造、無核化與膨大處理、優(yōu)質(zhì)果穗整理和上糖退酸調(diào)控等綜合技術(shù)，主要解決冷棚及配套設(shè)施落后用工量大、鮮食葡萄優(yōu)質(zhì)高檔果品少和綜合產(chǎn)業(yè)效率低等問題。創(chuàng)新構(gòu)建包括冷棚省力化管理及花果期高效管理等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，為冷棚葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供技術(shù)參考。

Abstract： Through comprehensive technologies such as cold shed construction， denucleation and expansion treatment， high-quality ear finishing， sugar and acid reduction control， etc.， the problems such as backward labor consumption of cold shed and supporting facilities， lack of high-quality and high-grade fruits of table grapes， and low efficiency of comprehensive industry are mainly solved. The key technologies including labor-saving management of cold shed and efficient management of flowering and fruit stage were innovated to provide technical reference for the healthy and sustainable development of cold shed grape industry.
