摘 要：公共服務是現(xiàn)代政府的基本職能之一，開展公共服務質(zhì)量監(jiān)測有利于推動公共服務工作的持續(xù)改進。本文通過對公共服務質(zhì)量監(jiān)測標準體系展開研究，為公共服務質(zhì)量監(jiān)測標準研制以及公共服務質(zhì)量監(jiān)測工作提供技術(shù)支撐。

Abstract： Public service is one of the basic functions of modern government. Carrying out public service quality monitoring is benefi cial to promote the continuous improvement of public service work. Through the research on the standards system of public service quality monitoring， this paper provides technical support for the development of standards on public service quality monitoring and public service quality monitoring work.
