脫硫塔漿液起泡的原因及消泡方法分析

摘要:脫硫塔漿液起泡現(xiàn)象是濕法脫硫過程常見的技術(shù)問題,會導(dǎo)致氣液分離困難、除塵效果下降,并可能引發(fā)設(shè)備故障。隨著環(huán)保標準的提升和工藝技術(shù)的改進,研究漿液起泡的原因及相應(yīng)消泡技術(shù)變得尤為重要。研究表明,從化學成分的影響到工藝設(shè)計的優(yōu)化,消泡技術(shù)手段能有效解決漿液起泡問題,提高脫硫系統(tǒng)的運行效率。

Abstract: The foaming phenomenon of desulfurization tower slurry is a common technical problem in wet desulfurization process, which can lead to difficulties in gas-liquid separation, decreased dust removal effect, and may cause equipment failure. With the improvement of environmental standards and process technology, it has become particularly important to study the causes of slurry foaming and corresponding defoaming techniques. Research has shown that from the influence of chemical composition to the optimization of process design, defoaming technology can effectively solve the problem of slurry foaming and improve the operational efficiency of desulfurization systems.
