石灰石-石膏濕法脫硫塔結(jié)垢分析

摘要:某熱電廠(chǎng)脫硫塔漿液槽結(jié)垢嚴(yán)重,分析和檢測(cè)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)、脫硫漿液及結(jié)垢物發(fā)現(xiàn),該脫硫塔的結(jié)垢物中F和P含量異常,為脫硫塔結(jié)垢的主要因素,通過(guò)控制漿液中的F和P含量,能夠明顯減少脫硫塔結(jié)垢。

Abstract: The desulfurization tower slurry tank of a certain thermal power plant has serious scaling. Analysis and detection of operating data, desulfurization slurry and scaling materials found that the F and P content in the scaling materials in the desulfurization tower is abnormal, which is the main factor of scaling in the desulfurization tower. By controlling the F and P content in the slurry, the scaling problem in the desulfurization tower can be significantly improved.

包頭市某熱電廠(chǎng)的空冷發(fā)電機(jī)組脫硫系統(tǒng)采用石灰石-石膏濕法脫硫工藝,借助高效旋匯耦合技術(shù)、高效噴淋技術(shù)與高效除塵除霧技術(shù)相結(jié)合的單塔一體化脫硫除塵凈化技術(shù),達(dá)到超低排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(剩余3926字)
