高地應(yīng)力松散破碎圍巖巷道支護(hù)技術(shù)研究

摘要:受高地應(yīng)力影響,某煤礦3410工作面運(yùn)輸巷圍巖變形破壞嚴(yán)重。通過分析圍巖破壞深度及機(jī)理,采用“錨桿+注漿錨索+金屬網(wǎng)+噴射混凝土+注漿管”的聯(lián)合支護(hù)方案?,F(xiàn)場工程實(shí)踐表明,巷道最大頂?shù)装寮皟蓭妥冃瘟糠謩e為120 mm、115 mm,均在安全范圍內(nèi),優(yōu)化后支護(hù)方案能夠保證巷道安全使用。

Research on roadway support technology for loose and fractured surrounding rock under high ground stress

Abstract: Affected by high ground stress, the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway in the 3410 working face of a certain coal mine is severely deformed and damaged. By analyzing the depth and mechanism of surrounding rock failure, a joint support scheme of “anchor rod + grouting anchor cable + metal mesh + sprayed concrete + grouting pipe is adopted”. On site engineering practice has shown that the maximum deformation of the top, bottom, and two sides of the roadway is 120 mm and 115 mm, respectively, both within the safe range, the optimized support scheme can ensure the safe use of the roadway.
