摘 要：以河鋼氫冶金工程冷卻塔進(jìn)水流量控制回路為例，介紹了Deltav系統(tǒng)中串級(jí)控制的PID模塊的工作原理，設(shè)計(jì)和組態(tài)，以及串級(jí)控制和其他控制之間的無擾動(dòng)切換的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Abstract：This article takes the inlet flow control circuit of the cooling tower in the hydrogen metallurgy project of Hegang as an example to introduce the working principle， design， and configuration of the PID module for cascade control in the delta system， as well as the implementation of disturbance free switching between cascade control and other controls.
