摘要:文章總結(jié)了2022年南通某船閘電氣改造工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),梳理了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、軟件及硬件配置、控制模式、運(yùn)行工藝、上位機(jī)監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理等要點(diǎn),以期為提高船閘設(shè)備自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行管理水平提供參考。

Abstract: The article summarizes the experience of the electrical renovation project of a certain ship lock in Nantong in 2022, and outlines key points such as system design, software and hardware configuration, control mode, operation process, upper computer monitoring, database management, etc., in order to provide reference for improving the automation operation and management level of ship lock equipment.

南通某船閘為人字閘門(mén)套閘,長(zhǎng)175 m,有效長(zhǎng)度150 m,閘室寬12 m,門(mén)檻水深3.3 m,最大設(shè)計(jì)船型為300 000 kg級(jí),級(jí)別V級(jí);雙向水頭承受設(shè)計(jì),正向最大設(shè)計(jì)為2.14 m,反向最大設(shè)計(jì)為-0.63 m。(剩余4050字)
