摘要:文章總結了2022年南通某船閘電氣改造工程經(jīng)驗,梳理了系統(tǒng)設計、軟件及硬件配置、控制模式、運行工藝、上位機監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)庫管理等要點,以期為提高船閘設備自動化運行管理水平提供參考。

Abstract: The article summarizes the experience of the electrical renovation project of a certain ship lock in Nantong in 2022, and outlines key points such as system design, software and hardware configuration, control mode, operation process, upper computer monitoring, database management, etc., in order to provide reference for improving the automation operation and management level of ship lock equipment.

南通某船閘為人字閘門套閘,長175 m,有效長度150 m,閘室寬12 m,門檻水深3.3 m,最大設計船型為300 000 kg級,級別V級;雙向水頭承受設計,正向最大設計為2.14 m,反向最大設計為-0.63 m。(剩余4050字)
