垃圾焚燒爐—余熱鍋爐燃燒熱效率試驗研究

摘要:文中以福建某垃圾焚燒站兩臺垃圾焚燒爐-余熱鍋爐為樣本,針對兩臺垃圾焚燒爐-余熱鍋爐開展鍋爐熱效率試驗以調(diào)查其運行狀況,并分析焚燒爐-余熱鍋爐效率、定量計算各項熱損失,總結(jié)鍋爐運行中存在的問題,探索提升鍋爐熱效率的有效技術(shù)措施,以期指導(dǎo)鍋爐使用單位實現(xiàn)節(jié)能增效減排的目的。

Experimental Research on Combustion Thermal Efficiency of Waste Incinerator-Waste Heat Boiler

Abstract: Based on two waste incinerators-waste heat boilers in a waste incineration station in Fujian province, the thermal efficiency test of two waste incinerators-waste heat boilers was carried out to investigate their operation status. The study also analyzes the efficiency of the incinerator-waste heat boiler, quantitatively calculates various heat losses, summarizes the problems existing in the operation of the boiler, and explores the effective technical measures to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, with a view to guiding the use of boiler units to achieve energy saving, efficiency and emission reduction purposes.

與傳統(tǒng)的垃圾填埋、堆肥處理方式相比,垃圾焚燒發(fā)電技術(shù)不但符合“資源化、無害化、減量化”優(yōu)勢,而且二次污染控制水平高,無害化程度高,同時技術(shù)成熟、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)較為完善,是當(dāng)下我國城市生活垃圾處理的主導(dǎo)技術(shù)。(剩余3453字)
