絕緣子抽檢質(zhì)量分析與改進對策研究

摘要：絕緣子產(chǎn)品是事關(guān)國網(wǎng)線路及變電站站內(nèi)安全運行的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，絕緣子質(zhì)量的好壞是電網(wǎng)能否可靠運行的關(guān)鍵。文中通過對近5年福建省內(nèi)絕緣子送檢情況進行統(tǒng)計，分析不合格項目出現(xiàn)的原因，結(jié)合工作實際給出相應(yīng)的改進對策。

Quality Analysis and Improvement Countermeasures of Insulator Sampling

Abstract： Insulator products are crucial equipment for the safe operation of national power grid lines and substations， and the quality of insulators is crucial for the reliable operation of the power grid. This article conducts a statistical analysis of the inspection status of insulators in Fujian Province over the past 5 years， analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of unqualified projects， and proposes corresponding improvement measures based on practical work.

2023年的央視“3·15”晚會曝光了河北省河間市多家絕緣子企業(yè)違規(guī)翻新舊絕緣子以次充好，提供虛假試驗報告、假的合格證，通過各種手段方式流向多地電力施工現(xiàn)場，揭開了絕緣子生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中存在的各方面的問題以及給電網(wǎng)安全運行埋下的隱患。（剩余3765字）
