基于影像測(cè)量的三等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)金屬線(xiàn)紋尺檢定不確定度評(píng)定

摘要:以激光干涉儀為主標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器,結(jié)合顯微鏡瞄準(zhǔn)和CCD影像采集裝置檢定三等金屬線(xiàn)紋尺的實(shí)際長(zhǎng)度,已成為目前常用的檢定方法。文中從多個(gè)方面分析該方法檢定三等金屬線(xiàn)紋尺實(shí)際長(zhǎng)度的測(cè)量不確定度來(lái)源,得到滿(mǎn)足要求的評(píng)定結(jié)果。

Uncertainty Evaluation for the Grade Ⅲ Standard Metallic Scale Verification Based on Imaging Measurements

Abstract: It is currently the commonly utilized calibration methodology that employs the laser interferometer as the main standard, combining with microscope aiming and CCD image acquisition device, to verify the actual length of the grade Ⅲ standard metallic scale. The source of the measurement uncertainty in the actual length of the grade Ⅲ standard metallic scale verified by this method is analyzed from many aspects, and the evaluation results that meet the requirements are obtained.

三等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)金屬線(xiàn)紋尺(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“三等線(xiàn)紋尺”)多用于檢定水準(zhǔn)標(biāo)尺、鋼直尺及其他線(xiàn)紋尺,其材質(zhì)主要有鋅白銅、不銹鋼和黃銅等[1],外形結(jié)構(gòu)見(jiàn)圖1。(剩余2973字)
