摘要:以激光干涉儀為主標準器,結合顯微鏡瞄準和CCD影像采集裝置檢定三等金屬線紋尺的實際長度,已成為目前常用的檢定方法。文中從多個方面分析該方法檢定三等金屬線紋尺實際長度的測量不確定度來源,得到滿足要求的評定結果。

Uncertainty Evaluation for the Grade Ⅲ Standard Metallic Scale Verification Based on Imaging Measurements

Abstract: It is currently the commonly utilized calibration methodology that employs the laser interferometer as the main standard, combining with microscope aiming and CCD image acquisition device, to verify the actual length of the grade Ⅲ standard metallic scale. The source of the measurement uncertainty in the actual length of the grade Ⅲ standard metallic scale verified by this method is analyzed from many aspects, and the evaluation results that meet the requirements are obtained.
