成人腸道套細胞淋巴瘤合并回盲型腸套疊一例

摘要：腸道套細胞淋巴瘤合并腸套疊在國內(nèi)外較為罕見，其臨床表現(xiàn)缺乏特異性，CT和腸鏡檢查有助于診斷，需要與結(jié)直腸癌、克羅恩病及淋巴瘤的其他病理亞型相鑒別，確診仍需依靠病理學(xué)檢查。本文報道1例成人腸道套細胞淋巴瘤合并回盲型腸套疊病例，旨在提高臨床及影像科醫(yī)生對該病的認(rèn)識。

ABSTRACT：Intestinal mantle cell lymphoma complicated with intussusception is rare in clinical practice，lacking specific clinical manifestations.CT and colonoscopy are helpful for the diagnosis of this disease，which need to be distinguished from colorectal cancer，Crohn’s disease，and other pathological subtypes of lymphoma.The diagnosis still needs to be confirmed by pathological examination.This paper reports a case of intestinal mantle cell lymphoma complicated with ileocecal intussusception in an adult，aiming to improve the clinical and imaging doctors’ understanding of this disease.
