萬里英，1956年出生，畫家，自由撰稿人，山東省漫畫家協(xié)會(huì)主席團(tuán)成員、水墨漫畫藝委會(huì)副主任，青島市漫畫家協(xié)會(huì)常務(wù)副主席，青島市插畫協(xié)會(huì)名譽(yù)主席，青島市西游記文化研究會(huì)名譽(yù)主席。
