On the morning of September 24， as the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of  China approaches， Yi Lianhong， secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China， extended greetings to representatives who have made outstanding contributions during various periods of revolution， construction and reform and opening-up in Hangzhou. On behalf of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Zhejiang Provincial Government， Yi Lianhong expressed high respect to these individuals.
