平滑度儀容積檢驗(yàn)方法研討

摘要：本研究通過對(duì)平滑度儀相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中真空容器系統(tǒng)容積及其允許誤差、檢驗(yàn)方法、檢驗(yàn)條件的分析，利用測量不確定度評(píng)定方法，證實(shí)現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的檢驗(yàn)方法和條件不滿足容積允許誤差要求，并對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂提出了改進(jìn)建議。

Discussion on the Volume Calibration Method of Smoothness Tester

Abstract：In this study，the volume and its permissible deviation，calibration method，and calibration conditions of the vacuum vessel sys?tem in the relevant standards of smoothness tester were analyzed and the method of measurement uncertainty evaluation was used to verify  that the calibration methods and conditions in the current standards were not compatible with the maximum permissible deviation of volume， and suggestions for revising the current standards were put forward as well.

1.1 真空容器容積要求

GB/T 456—2002《紙和紙板平滑度的測定（別克法）》中 5.5.1規(guī)定：“大真空容器，包括到玻璃板表面的連接管，體積為（380±1）mL”;5.5.2規(guī)定：“小真空容器，包括到玻璃板表面的連接管，體積為（38±1）mL”。（剩余3632字）
