從脾腎相贊論治慢性腎衰高鉀血癥的中醫(yī)治療策略

【摘 要】 慢性腎衰是各類腎臟疾病發(fā)展到后期的共同結(jié)局，臨床上經(jīng)常合并高鉀血癥，增加患者死亡風(fēng)險。王曉星主任飽覽醫(yī)書，結(jié)合多年臨床經(jīng)驗，將慢性腎衰高鉀血癥的主要病機(jī)歸責(zé)于脾腎虧虛，瘀毒互結(jié)，并從脾腎相贊論治其中醫(yī)治療策略，臨床運(yùn)用“健脾補(bǔ)腎，祛瘀泄毒”的治療原則，取得一定的臨床療效。

Abstract：Chronic renal failure that common outcome in the late development of all kinds of kidney diseases， clinical often merge hyperkalaemia， increase the risk of death. Director wang， who combined with clinical experience for many years， and summarized the main pathogenesis of chronic renal failure，hyperkalemia attributable to the spleen and kidney deficiency， blood stasis poison knot， and the treatment strategy of traditional Chinese medicine based on the spleen and kidney praise each other.The clinical application of “spleen and kidney. Dispelling stasis discharge poison” therapeutic principles， has a certain clinical curative effect.
