葉建州基于“木郁達(dá)之”論治白癜風(fēng)臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)

【摘 要】 文章介紹葉建州教授基于“木郁達(dá)之”理論治療白癜風(fēng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。葉建州教授提出以“木郁”為中心環(huán)節(jié)，病位在肝、膽，以實(shí)證里證為多，或虛實(shí)夾雜，病及多臟，日久可致血虛，還可生風(fēng)、挾瘀?！斑_(dá)”法關(guān)鍵在于疏利通達(dá)，以升發(fā)疏理肝膽之氣為主，養(yǎng)血活血、祛風(fēng)通絡(luò)亦為“達(dá)”法，總以使周身氣機(jī)得以和暢為目的。

Ye Jianzhou's Experience to Apply the Facilitating Stagnant Wood Theory in Treatment of Vitiligo

Abstract：This thesis introduces Professor Ye Jianzhou's experience to apply the Facilitating Stagnant Wood theory in treatment of vitiligo. Professor Ye thought stagnant wood is the key etiology， which brings illness to liver and gallbladder， most occasions are sthenia and internal syndromes， and some occasions are sthenia work together with asthenia syndromes on several internal organs. Stagnant Wood will cause blood deficiency without proper treatment for long time， it also cause wind and blood stasis. The key methods of “Facilitating” lie on removing obstruction through relief liver and depress qi. To nourish blood and promoting blood circulation， dispel wind and remove obstruction in the meridians are also methods of “Facilitating”. All these methods are aimed to smooth the qi function of whole body.
