【摘要】為保障房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)長(zhǎng)久穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，提高市場(chǎng)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，本文基于房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境，分析天津泰達(dá)建設(shè)集團(tuán)濱海分公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及內(nèi)部控制工作存在的不足，提出幾點(diǎn)關(guān)于強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部控制建設(shè)的措施建議，期望對(duì)于同行業(yè)人員具有參考借鑒價(jià)值。

Explore the key points of internal control construction of real estate development enterprises

【Abstract】 in order to ensure the long-term and stable development of real estate development enterprises and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the market， based on the development environment of real estate development enterprises， this paper analyzes the development status of Tianjin TEDA Construction Group Binhai Branch and the shortcomings of internal control， and puts forward some measures and suggestions on strengthening the construction of internal control， hoping to have reference value for people in the same industry.
