[摘 要]目的 比較鑄瓷貼面與烤瓷全冠在口腔美容修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2021年2月-2022年2月在我院接受口腔美容修復(fù)的160例患者為研究對象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，各80例。對照組予以烤瓷全冠治療，觀察組予以鑄瓷貼面治療，比較兩組美學(xué)修復(fù)效果、牙周狀況及不良事件發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 兩組修復(fù)后3、6個月美學(xué)修復(fù)效果評分均高于修復(fù)后1個月，兩組修復(fù)后6個月美學(xué)修復(fù)效果評分均高于修復(fù)后3個月，且觀察組修復(fù)后3、6個月美學(xué)修復(fù)效果評分均高于對照組（P

Comparison of the Application Effects of Ceramic Laminate Veneer and Porcelain Crown in Oral Aesthetic Restoration

[Abstract]Objective To compare the application effect of ceramic laminate veneer and porcelain crown in oral aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 160 patients who received oral aesthetic restoration in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 80 patients in each group. The control group was treated with porcelain crown， and the observation group was treated with ceramic laminate veneer. The aesthetic repair effect， periodontal status and adverse events were compared between the two groups.
