傳統(tǒng)益氣類中藥的美容效果研究

[摘 要] 傳統(tǒng)益氣類中藥具有調(diào)節(jié)氣血、增強(qiáng)體力和提高免疫力的功效。隨著人們對(duì)美容需求的不斷增加和對(duì)天然療法的關(guān)注，益氣類中藥在美容效果的研究和應(yīng)用也越來越受到關(guān)注。本文從中藥美容的淵源入手，闡述中醫(yī)美容理論，并對(duì)常見傳統(tǒng)益氣類中藥的美容效果作一綜述。

[Abstract] Traditional Yiqi Chinese medicine has the effect of regulating qi and blood， enhancing physical strength and improving immunity. With the increasing demand for beauty and the attention to natural therapy， the research and application of Yiqi Chinese medicine in cosmetic effect has attracted more and more attention. This article starts with the origin of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology， expounds the theory of traditional Chinese medicine cosmetology， and reviews the cosmetic effects of common traditional Yiqi Chinese medicine.
