[摘 要]目的 研究在頜面部外傷患者美容整形清創(chuàng)縫合術(shù)中應(yīng)用心理支持護(hù)理的效果。方法 選取2022年4月-2023年4月于我院行美容整形清創(chuàng)縫合術(shù)治療的54例頜面部外傷患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，各27例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采用心理支持護(hù)理，比較兩組不良情緒、應(yīng)激指標(biāo)及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 兩組干預(yù)后焦慮、抑郁評(píng)分均低于干預(yù)前，且觀察組低于對(duì)照組（P

[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of mental nursing in cosmetic plastic surgery and debridement suture surgery for patients with maxillofacial trauma. Methods A total of 54 patients with maxillofacial trauma who underwent cosmetic plastic debridement and suture in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 27 cases in each group.
