誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】 對(duì)誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞(induced pluripotent stem cell,iPSC)的應(yīng)用研究從2006年開(kāi)始已經(jīng)逐漸成為干細(xì)胞研究和臨床治療領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)熱門(mén)課題。這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的問(wèn)世為再生醫(yī)學(xué)、疾病建模和醫(yī)藥發(fā)展提供了前所未有的機(jī)會(huì)。本文就iPSC的發(fā)展前景和相關(guān)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述。
