與牙髓干細(xì)胞相關(guān)的骨組織工程研究進(jìn)展
【摘要】 牙髓干細(xì)胞來自成人或兒童的牙髓組織,非常容易獲得,且具有良好的增殖分化能力,被認(rèn)為是在組織再生領(lǐng)域最有應(yīng)用潛力的干細(xì)胞之一。牙髓干細(xì)胞在骨組織工程領(lǐng)域的研究由來已久,本文就牙髓干細(xì)胞的成骨分化潛能、相關(guān)的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床試驗(yàn)、炎癥牙髓干細(xì)胞和同種異體牙髓干細(xì)胞幾個(gè)方面的研究進(jìn)展作綜述。

[Abstract] With excellent multilineage differentiation potential and high proliferation rate, dental pulp stem cells are considered as one of the most promising stem cells in the field of tissue engineering, which can be easily obtained from dental pulp tissues of adults and children. Potential applications of dental pulp stem cells in bone tissue engineering have been studied for a long time, and this article mainly discusses it’s osteogenic differentiation potential, relevant animal experiments and clinical trials, as well as allogenic pulp stem cells and stem cells derived from inflammatory dental pulp tissues.
