AbstractObjective：To extract，evaluate and integrate the evidence related to the perinatal depression screening practice，in order to provide evidence-based evidence for the clinical staff′s perinatal depression screening.Methods：Computer searches were conducted for literature on perinatal depression screening practices from guidelines，professional societies，and comprehensive databases，including clinical decision making，best practices，guidelines，evidence summaries，systematic reviews，and expert consensus，between January 1，2017，and August 23，2023.Results：A total of 9 articles were included，including 3 guidelines，1 evidence summary，2 systematic reviews and 3 expert consensus articles.The frequency，timing，methods and obstacles of perinatal depression screening were extracted into 4 themes with a total of 13 pieces of evidences.Conclusion：The evidences of perinatal depression screening practice summarized in this study are of high quality，which can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical medical staff to implement perinatal depression screening more scientifically and effectively.
