住建部6月20日召開會(huì)議,明確表示,要推動(dòng)縣級(jí)以上城市有力有序有效開展收購已建成存量商品房用作保障性住房工作。目前已有約30個(gè)城市出臺(tái)政策鼓勵(lì)收儲(chǔ)去庫存。業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示,此舉將有利于緩解房企壓力、穩(wěn)定市場預(yù)期,助推房地產(chǎn)市場企穩(wěn)恢復(fù)。

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a meeting on June 20th, clearly stating that it will promote cities at or above the county level to acquire in an effective and orderly way existing commercial housing to be used as affordable housing. Currently, about 30 cities have launched policies to encourage inventory clearance through acquisition. Industry insiders believe that this move will help alleviate pressure on real estate developers, stabilize market expectations, and promote the stabilization and recovery of the real estate market.
