慢性心力衰竭患者睡眠呼吸障礙危險因素及護理干預研究進展

【摘要】  綜述慢性心力衰竭患者發(fā)生睡眠呼吸障礙潛在機制，并從社會人口學、行為生活方式、疾病等方面闡述可能潛在危險因素及護理干預措施，為臨床醫(yī)護人員早期識別心力衰竭患者睡眠呼吸障礙的風險，制定有效干預措施提供參考，以期控制心力衰竭疾病的發(fā)展進程，改善心力衰竭患者的健康結局。

【Abstract】  This paper reviews the potential mechanisms of sleep-disordered breathing in patients with chronic heart failure， and expounds the possible risk factors and potential nursing interventions from sociodemographic factors， behavioral lifestyle， disease factors， etc.， so as to provide a reference for clinical medical staff to identify the risk of sleep-disordered breathing in patients with heart failure in an early stage and formulate effective interventions， in order to control the progression of heart failure and improve the health outcomes of patients with heart failure.
