基于DRGs的4例疑難腫瘤編碼分析報告

【摘要】  通過對4例臨床疑難神經(jīng)源性腫瘤的編碼進行分析，并對其查找方法進行探討，為提高臨床腫瘤編碼準確性提供參考依據(jù)，推動DRGs醫(yī)保支付下的臨床合理用藥水平。

【Abstract】  By analyzing the coding of four clinically difficult neurogenic tumors and discussing their search methods， this paper provides a reference for improving the accuracy of clinical tumor coding and promotes the level of clinical rational use of drugs under DRGs medical insurance payment.
