摘 要 本文介紹近年來利用以甾醇脫氫酶為核心元件的生物合成法制備熊去氧膽酸的研究進(jìn)展,并提出了該技術(shù)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和未來的研究方向,旨在為熊去氧膽酸的生物合成研究提供參考。

ABSTRACT The research progress in the biosynthesis of ursodeoxycholic acid with hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase as the core element in recent years is reviewed, and the challenges and future research directions for further development of this technology are proposeed, aiming to provide reference for the ursodeoxycholic acid biosynthesis.
