溫立新教授從肝論治不寐經(jīng)驗

摘要 溫立新教授從肝論治不寐，認為不寐的病因病機與肝密切相關(guān)。治療上，采用辨病、辨脈、辨證相結(jié)合的方法，注重個體差異，靈活運用中藥。針對不同類型的不寐，治療上有常法和變法之別，對不寐以及一些特殊類型的不寐，如早醒型不寐、圍絕經(jīng)期不寐、頑固性失眠等，均取得良好療效。

Abstract Professor WEN Lixin，focusing on the treatment of insomnia from the perspective of the liver in traditional Chinese medicine，believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia are closely related to the liver.In his approach to treatment，he combines the methods of disease differentiation，pulse differentiation，and syndrome differentiation，emphasizing individual differences and flexible application of traditional Chinese medicine.For different types of insomnia，he distinguishes between conventional and modified treatment methods，achieving favorable therapeutic outcomes for insomnia and specific types such as early-morning awakening insomnia，perimenopausal insomnia，and refractory insomnia.After learning from Professor WEN，the author deeply appreciates his unique approach to treating insomnia，providing new insights for clinical practice.Therefore，the author has organized and summarized some of Professor WEN′s experiences in treating insomnia，along with clinical case studies.
