【摘 要】麝香作為一種稀缺且具有高價值的天然香料，一直受到廣泛關(guān)注。然而，市場上存在大量假冒偽劣的麝香產(chǎn)品，對消費者權(quán)益和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展造成嚴重影響。為了解決這一問題，持續(xù)的研究和發(fā)展麝香的鑒別技術(shù)至關(guān)重要。文章綜述了當前麝香的鑒別技術(shù)進展，包括化學分析、分子生物學和同位素分析等方法。

Advances in Identification Techniques for Musk

Abstract：

Musk as a rare and highly valuable natural fragrance， has always received widespread attention. However， there are a large number of counterfeit and inferior musk products in the market， which have a serious impact on consumer rights and industrial development. To address this issue， continuous research and development of identification techniques for musk is crucial. This article reviews the current progress in identification techniques for musk， including methods such as chemical analysis， molecular biology， and isotope analysis.
