《針灸甲乙經(jīng)》腰痛的診治特點探析

【摘 要】 為深入挖掘經(jīng)典著作中的學術(shù)思想，筆者從病因病機、治療原則、針具選擇、不同刺法以及取穴規(guī)律等方面對《針灸甲乙經(jīng)》全卷中腰痛的條文進行歸納總結(jié)，以探究皇甫謐的學術(shù)思想，為腰痛的臨床診治拓寬思路。

Abstract：In order to dig deep into the academic ideas in the classic works， the author summarizes the provisions of low back pain in the whole volume of the A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion from the aspects of etiology， treatment principles， needle selection， different pricking methods and acupuncture rules， so as to explore the academic thinking of Huang Fumi and broaden the thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of low back pain.

《針灸甲乙經(jīng)》全名為《黃帝三部針灸甲乙經(jīng)》，是晉代皇甫謐在魏甘露年間將《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)·素問》《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)·靈樞》及《明堂孔穴針灸治要》三部著作中的針灸內(nèi)容，以“事類相從，刪其浮辭，除其重復，論其精要”的方法匯而為一編撰而成，是我國現(xiàn)存內(nèi)容較為完整的第一部針灸學專著，在針灸學發(fā)展史上起到了承前啟后的作用［1-2］，備受歷代醫(yī)家推崇，對針灸學術(shù)發(fā)展具有深遠影響。（剩余4035字）
