基于經(jīng)筋理論探討筋針治療過敏性鼻炎的臨床思路

【摘 要】 筋針療法是南京中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)劉農(nóng)虞教授基于《靈樞·經(jīng)筋》并結(jié)合多年臨床經(jīng)驗總結(jié)而提煉的一種經(jīng)典針刺方法。筋針療法將過敏性鼻炎納入筋性竅病范疇，通過辨病筋－選筋穴－筋針法的臨床辨治思路，對過敏性鼻炎進行診治。本文詳細梳理筋針治療過敏性鼻炎的臨床辨治思路，以期為針灸治療筋病提供新的思維模式。

Abstract：Sinew acupuncture therapy which was refined by the professor Liu Nongyu is based on the classical theory of Lingshu·Jingjin．According to sinew acupuncture，allergic rhinitis belongs to muscular orifice disease，and it carries out in three steps including identification of meridian sinew，selection of acupuncture points，determine manipulation．In this paper，the thoughts of sinew acupuncture therapy on allergic rhinitis is presented，and it is expected to enrich the clinical treatment plan for allergic rhinitis and provide thinking mode reference for acupuncture on disease of meridian tendon．
