蘭茂《滇南本草》中婦科病用藥探析

【摘 要】 通過對蘭茂《滇南本草》中治療婦科病證的常用藥物進行發(fā)掘，總結(jié)其用藥特點，探討分析諸如閉經(jīng)、崩漏、帶下、缺乳、難產(chǎn)、婦人虛勞等婦科病證的病因病機及治療，為臨床常見婦科病證的辨證論治及遣方用藥提供一定的理論依據(jù)。

Analysis on the Medication of Gynecological Diseases in LAN Mao's Materia Medica of Southern Yunnan

Abstract：Through the exploration of the commonly used drugs for the treatment of gynecological diseases and syndromes in Lanmao's materia medica in southern Yunnan， this paper summarizes its drug use characteristics， and discusses and analyzes the etiology， pathogenesis and treatment of gynecological diseases and syndromes such as amenorrhea， metrorrhagia， vaginal discharge， lack of milk， dystocia and women's virtual labor， so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of common gynecological diseases and syndromes and the prescription.
