承插管道泄漏原因分析

摘 要:該文主要描述壓水堆核電廠在消防系統(tǒng)調(diào)試過程中發(fā)生的承插管道泄漏問題,主要講述消防系統(tǒng)承插口漏水事件過程、原因分析及處理方案,從根本原因角度解析,該問題過程中的根本原因,體現(xiàn)層層屏障失效,以至于管道泄漏。主要為其他項(xiàng)目提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)反饋,避免出現(xiàn)類似情況。

Abstract: The article describes the leakage of socket pipe in the process of fire protection system commissioning in PWR nuclear power plant, that mainly describes the water leakage event process, cause analysis and treatment plan of fire protection system socket pipe, from the root cause perspective, the root cause in the process of the problem, it reflects the failure of layers of barriers, so that the pipeline leaks. This article mainly provides empirical feedback for other projects to avoid similar situations.
