軸承外圈失效分析

摘要:采用場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡觀察、洛氏硬度檢測(cè)、能譜分析及化學(xué)成分分析等方法,對(duì)軸承外圈進(jìn)行斷口分析,判斷斷口的斷裂形式。結(jié)果表明:軸承外圈的洛氏硬度高于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值,化學(xué)成分符合要求,斷口具有脆性斷裂特征,因此推斷軸承外圈在外部應(yīng)力的作用下發(fā)生脆性斷裂。

Abstract: In this paper, field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), Rockwell hardness test, energy spectrum analysis (EDS), chemical composition test and other detection methods are used to analyze the fracture of the bearing outer ring, and judge the fracture form. The results show that the Rockwell hardness of the bearing outer ring is higher than the standard value, the chemical composition meets the requirements, and the fracture has the characteristics of brittle fracture, so it is inferred that the bearing outer ring has brittle fracture under the action of external stress.
